"Hypnotherapy was my 'last resort'. I had suffered from a medical phobia for over 20 years which included fear of needles, hospitals, blood, televised hospital dramas (reality & fiction), vets etc, which usually culminated in a panic attack & unless I could run or lie down would end in a faint. One day I fainted at the opticians & enough was enough.
I had tried all the 'confronting the problem' advice, couldn't do Acupuncture (those needles), so I contacted the nearest Hypnotherapist. I stated that I was a cynic, a sceptic & absolutely no Hippy - this was absolutely fine.
Ten weeks later & my phobia has gone, i'm calmer, more confident & my depression (a condition that I didn't expect to get sorted) has lifted.
This woman is amazing, I wish I had visited my last resort 20 years ago. I can't thank her enough".
